Large, isolated master bedroom 16'x12' with private toilet, walk-in closet, wide upper window, in a 3BR apartment on the top 3rd floor of a real red brick building. The apartment is very quiet (no parties, no noise): an ideal place for study. The place is also very safe (police living and working nearby). Located in the City of Fairfax, next to a recreation area, less than 2 miles from GMU campus, and 5 miles from Vienna metro station. Apartment is immediately on a Cue bus stop. The rent includes everything: gas, water, electricity, AC, heater, maintenance, trash collection, private parking, high-speed cable Interntet (up to 15 MB/s) and cable TV, plus a private parking lot. The place is also ideal for a student without a car: located on a Cue Bus stop (6 min by bus to GMU, the bus can be tracked at nextbus.com), walking distance to H-Mart, shops etc. Bus routes nearby: 1C, 15K, 29K. A private phone line is available. Shared are: main bathroom with shower and a bath tub, kitchen with stove/3 MicroWave Ovens/fridge, large living room, large balcony, some storage space, coin laundry downstairs.
