This is a very large bedroom in a quiet duplex in the woods; a short 10 minute walk to the Fairfax GMU campus. You would have use of your own bathroom and share the kitchen & dining spaces with only 1 other person. Washer & dryer is shared with 3 others. All utilities (water/sewer, gas, & electric) included; phone and cable not included. If you move in on or before 7/15, I'll knock your deposit down to $100 (the deposit is normally 1/2 of 1 month's rent, or $275), a $175 savings. I would prefer a graduate student or a professional; but I MUST have absoulutely NO drinking or drugging on the premises (as other Residents are non-users and/or in recovery).
