These rooms are located in a private house , in the basement with a private entrance. Common room with dining area and mini kitchen ( microwave cooking and full size refrigerator) large bath room to be shared with other student. All areas are fully furnished and carpeted. Very clean and quiet. Applicant must be serious, mature, responsible student /employed. Not a party house. Large bedroom, $525.00 other bedroom $500.00. Walk to GMU (4 blocks) walk to Main St, Shopping etc. Bus to metro 1 block away. Past occupant International students and Grad students. Will consider summer students.
